Expected results of ECO4VIP
The aim of this project is to establish a comprehensive support- and information-network for e-learning coaches who educate people with visual impairment. The products which will be produced during the project should provide the e-learning coaches who are new in this field, with all information and media which are necessary to find initial support. The products in particular are:
- A public forum where an open discussion on any issues pertaining to e-learning and visual impairment can be raised and discussed.
- All of the materials will then be available to download free of charge from the server under the terms of the Creative Commons (CC) licence.
- The main product is the development of a specific blended-learning training course for e-learning coaches and ICT-trainers which will qualify the participants to educate blind and visually impaired persons by e-learning.
- A multimedia CD containing the blended learning course and electronic copies of all the materials produced.
